房地产中介 我们在这个项目中设计建筑，室内和景观。案例是一个“房地产代理”，房地产的名称是[Sky villa]，因此以该案例名称为起点来构思概念。而且该项目位于厦门市区，基地周围条件不利，有旧公寓和建筑工地，对面是一所学校，周围没有景观。最后，采用[Float]的概念，将销售中心拉到2楼的高度，并创建自己的景观，一个堆栈层的游泳池，因此销售中心喜欢漂浮在水上，参观者可以跨大面积池塘，穿过销售办公室的底楼，走到后楼梯，走到销售大厅。建筑是钢结构，建筑设计和室内设计寻求技术上的融合和统一。
