综合功能塔楼 城市共生体(Urban Symbiosis)是一座位于纽约市7号线地铁站上方的综合功能超高层开发项目,融合了公寓、服务式公寓和办公空间。为彰显地铁系统的价值,地铁入口置于中心位置,为其引入自然光线并提供全天候公共通行。该设计通过结合办公与住宅功能优化能源负荷,减轻电网压力。不同于传统的垂直堆叠模式,项目采用水平分隔形成两座塔楼,打造配有餐厅、联合办公区和健身房等设施的共享公共空间,以促进持续互动。
