公寓楼 Rossmore 是一座为洛杉矶汉考克公园（Hancock Park）设计的住宅公寓楼。建筑共十二层，设有六十八个居住单元，总面积达9,290平方米，并配有两层地下停车场。楼板、墙体与屋面均采用交叉层压木（CLT）板材，使 Rossmore 成为该市首批中高层木构公寓建筑之一。立面由带有雕塑感元素的高性能混凝土幕墙板构成。整体设计延续了周边街区中常见的装饰艺术（Art Deco）风格原则。
