购物中心 北京旭辉广场是位于北京房山区核心商圈的一座社区型购物中心。该建筑是一个位于狭长地块上的填充式项目,尺寸为120米×36.5米×41.6米,总建筑面积47788平方米。设计打破了传统逐层布局的模式,增设了跨层公共空间。东西两侧的室外扶梯分别通达三层和二层,形成多标高入口体系。顶层设置了近1000平方米、层高15米的"开放之家"(Open House)空间。
